• QR code scan tracking (scan counts, timestamps, and approximate location by city)
• Feature usage patterns within the platform
• Device type and browser information for compatibility

Communication Data

• SMS and email message content sent through the platform
• Consent records for SMS and email communications
• Call logs for AI receptionist features

2. How We Use Your Data

• Providing and improving our real estate tools and services
• Generating AI-powered content (listings, bios, social posts) at your request
• Sending SMS messages and emails on your behalf, only with proper consent
• Processing QR code scans for your marketing materials
• Managing your contacts, transactions, and pipeline
• Providing customer support and platform notifications

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate the platform:

• Anthropic (Claude)— AI content generation. Prompts and generated content are processed per Anthropic's data policies. We do not send your contact PII to AI models.
• Twilio— SMS messaging and voice services. Phone numbers and message content are processed by Twilio.
• SendGrid— Email delivery. Recipient addresses and email content are processed by SendGrid.
• Appwrite— Data storage, authentication, and file hosting.

Each provider processes data under their own privacy policy. We do not sell your personal information to any third party.

4. SMS and TCPA Consent Disclosures

• SMS messages are only sent to contacts who have provided express written consent via opt-in forms or documented agreements.
• Message frequency varies based on your communication settings. Message and data rates may apply.
• Recipients can opt out at any time by replying STOP. Opt-out requests are processed immediately.
• Consent records (timestamp, IP address, opt-in method) are stored for compliance purposes.
• We do not share phone numbers or consent data with third parties for their marketing purposes.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. When you delete your account, we remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g., tax records, consent logs for TCPA compliance).

You may request deletion of your data at any time. See the "Request Data Deletion" section below.

6. Your California Privacy Rights (CCPA)

If you are a California resident, you have the following rights:

• Right to Know— You can request what personal information we have collected, the sources, the business purpose, and the categories of third parties with whom it is shared.
• Right to Delete— You can request that we delete your personal information, subject to certain exceptions.
• Right to Opt-Out of Sale— We do not sell personal information. There is nothing to opt out of.
• Right to Non-Discrimination— We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS), secure authentication, and role-based access controls. While no system is completely secure, we work to protect your data against unauthorized access, alteration, and destruction.
